OMG, I Need a New Face for Summer

summer

by Cynthia Rowland

OMG! You just caught a glimpse of your face and saw the most distressing sight – a sagging chin and a spongy looking face.

What to do when you want to look great for all those summer parties, barbeques and get togethers? Well, you exercise your face!

Exercise will tighten the muscles in your arms, legs, buttocks and tummy. Facial muscles are no different. They, too, soften, droop and sag from lack of exercise. When your forehead muscle atrophies, your eyebrows drop and eyelids become lined. Cheeks, jowls and neck are also affected.

Facial exercise, not squints, puckers or scrunched up contortions, but isometric with resistance type movements will absolutely help that aging face look younger than you thought possible in just a few short weeks.

Upper eyes, forehead, upper cheeks, mid face, lower mouth, jaw and more will lift, tighten and tone which means your face will look younger and younger.  That wattle that was trying to have a toe-hold under your chin will flatten, tired eyes will appear brighter as the eye brows lift and your forehead will smooth.

When these muscles firm and lift, the youthful contours of your face return and the skin looks younger, healthier and fresher.

You can look years younger without painful and costly invasive procedures. The real answer to reversing the effects of sagging facial muscles is using facial exercise on a regular basis. It’s the natural way to correct droopy facial features.

Facial exercise can refine, tone, firm, contour and enhance everyone’s appearance with noticeable results almost immediately. In just minutes a day, you can de-age your face with simple exercise movements and put your best face forward.  Now you can enjoy those parties and field all those compliments you richly deserve!
