Alexander McQueen’s models hit the catwalk in sky-high heels for his Paris show.

WOW. Our first question after seeing these amazing shoes was how on earth did Alexander McQueen’s models walk down the catwalk in them? Answer: not very easily.

The gaggle of stunningly attired models strutted gingerly down the catwalk (along to the debut of Lady GaGa’s new single) in crystal-studded and animal-print 12-inch heels as part of McQueen’s Plato’s Atlantis collection, inspired by Charles Darwin’s The Origin Of The Species.

Alexander McQueen dressed the models in short, reptile-patterned, digitally-printed dresses in greens, browns, blues and aquas with bold hairstyles and these killer heels to finish off each look.

Amazing outfits and incredible shoes – another fantastic show for Alexander McQueen.

But a trend we’ll be rocking? We’d love to say yes, but possibly not!
