My 30 year old, drop dead gorgeous niece, Stephanie, who sports Norwegian Blond, flat ironed bangs and shoulder length hair and her friend, Jodi, another beauty with dazzling skin flew to LA last week to enjoy “tourist haunts” including an early morning trek to CBS for “The Price is Right”, Beso, Chateau Marmont and the Polo Lounge. They drove here Sunday and we enjoyed catching up with one another over Shwarma Chicken and Tabouli at Open Sesame. That’s when they began to discuss the aging in their faces asking if Facial Magic exercise would help them.
These beautiful women wanted personal, one-on-one time with me to help them correct sagging eyelids and to stop the dreaded wattle that was forming under a chin. So after lunch we put on our gloves and I introduced them to the Upper Eye Exercise.
One had heavy puffiness over her eyelid with lines in her forehead, the other had the makings of a crepy eye lid with lines and folds becoming apparent. WIth just 35 seconds of exercise, there was definite improvement in not only the appearance of the eyelids, and the position of their brows but that furrowed forehead looked better, too.
We proceeded to the Upper Cheeks so they would know how to work out their zygomaticus muscles – the very ones that when they lose their vitality – create the line or fold between the nose and the mouth. They marveled at the contour in their cheeks and their skin looked smoother.
I did teach them Exercise 6 so they could get a jump start on firming their necks. They immediately felt the tightening of their neck muscles and I hope they will keep doing these three exercises six days in a row.
They happily accepted Facial Magic DVDs and gloves. Big hugs as they promised they would take beginning photos and work the program.
Women in their late 20’s, early 30’s who see little shifts in their eyelids, their cheeks, their neck and under chin are ready to learn Facial Magic.
