The Fresh Diet
For the past several weeks I have been the recipient of a very fine gift from Jackie Silver, author of Aging Backwards: Secrets to Staying Young and her brother, Ray. They arranged for me to receive delivery of The Fresh Diet Monday through Friday – three meals each day plus two snacks.
This is a pretty fantastic situation for me – I get to choose the foods I enjoy and the diet tops out at 1800 calories per day so I’m never starving and the portion control has taught me a lot. Have I lost a few pounds? My barometer jeans say I have!
