Al Sears, MD, is one of my favorite anti-aging gurus who doesn’t sugarcoat the truth or lead us astray with frivolous nonsense. Diabetes and obesity are two major health challenges today and we can fight these diseases by adding chromium, COQ10 and Vitamin K to our diets either via supplementation or food sources. The Ageless Sisters have stopped eating high calorie carbs and we love our results. If you adhere to Dr Sears’s advice, you’ll probably drop the bloat, too.
