1. Perform Facial Magic exercise routine regularly. Isometric contraction forces rich, oxygenated blood to the skin. Facial skin is attached directly to the muscles.
  2. You are what you eat…junk in, saggy skin…Fruits, veggies, lots and lots of veggies provides nourishment for your skin.
  3. Vitamin C internally and Vitamin C externally. Retinol, too. Use both daily – and sunscreen. Remember, it’s the smidgens, the little things you do day after day that make a difference.
  4. Stop smoking cigarettes. Please…!
  5. Watch out for “the wine face” or the “jelly belly.” Be mindful of adult beverages and ice cream. Flush your body with glasses of water and only buy ice cream cones, not half-gallon containers.
  6. Get your ZZZ’s…sleep revitalizes, refreshes and rejuvenates us. Go for 8 hours each night. Lack of sleep depletes your immune system.
  7. Enjoy a regular massage to strengthen your lymphatic system and release tense muscles. Drink extra water after a massage.
  8. After bath or shower apply hydrating, nourishing, rich body lotion to slightly damp skin.
