Pick up your mirror and lay it flat in front of you. Stand and bend over the mirror looking down to see your reflection. Count to ten. Your image in the mirror gives you an indication of how gravity and time are beginning to show on your face.

Jut your bottom jaw forward and hold this jut (the contraction) for 5 seconds. Release the contraction. Slowly bring your face back to the original starting position.
Take a cleansing breath and release. Again, shoulders erect, lift your chin about two inches, turn your face to the right, look over your shoulder, look at the ceiling. Jut your bottom jaw forward and hold the contraction for 10 seconds. Release the contraction and slowly bring your face forward. Repeat two additional times for 10 seconds each. This is a total of 35 seconds.
Pick up your mirror. Do you see how the left side of your face has begun to lift? Is the area around the left side of your mouth slimmer? Can you feel the muscles responding? You probably said “yes” to each question!
To lift the right side of your face, take a cleansing breath and release. Again, shoulders erect, lift your chin about two inches, turn your face to the left, look over your left shoulder, look at the ceiling. Now jut your bottom jaw forward and hold the contraction for 5 seconds. Release the contraction and slowly bring your face forward. Repeat three times for ten seconds each time for a total of 35 seconds.
