Are you ready to feel stronger and healthier? Maybe you want to drop a few pounds or have more stamina?
Well, exercise can make a huge difference in your long-term health. Cardio, weight training, breathing exercises and especially Facial Magic exercise will make this new year something special.
I have volunteered to teach a full body exercise class twice a week. We will incorporate yoga moves, karate moves, weight training and relaxation techniques in a one hour class. I am really looking forward to teaching this class because only good can come from it. Who knows how long I will teach but I’m excited to guide women to a better body.
Using these different modalities of exercise will create enhanced health as we tone and tighten our bodies. Strength training is not just for arms and legs but our core needs to be strong, too. Yes, we’ll do floor exercises and use dumbbell routines. Each class will be different and fun. Stay tuned for updates.
