Hi Cynthia! I'm so excited to tell you that last night was my very first time doing the exercises, and thank you so much for the instructional video. I think I even got confused on a couple exercises, did them incorrectly but W O W! And....I never, ever take those photos when trying things but....I DID! AMAZING!

30 minutes and this happened!! I'M COMMITTING TO THIS!
