Musical Flash Mobs can be fun and entertaining and sensational. This clip rocks the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC!
Another diet plan? Yes, but this one is extreme because the doc will sew a postage-sized patch onto your tongue (only 6 stitches!) and this causes so much pain that the patient is unable to eat food but can only consume liquids. Thank goodness one can only wear a tongue patch for 30 days – sleeping, talking, even moving the tongue can be challenging but hey, if you’re willing to lose weight sometime even the most bizarre treatments can be tantalizing. The procedure is $2,000 in Beverly Hills.

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny talks to Cynthia Rowland about how to beat Breast Cancer through Breast Health.
Sharon Osbourne is a very brave woman. She discloses that she has recently undergone a double mastectomy to lessen her chances of breast cancer after one of her implants exploded and leaked into her body. She’s also very candid about all plastic surgery, so gals, listen to what she says because certain situations could happen to you, too.
Luscious Lips Lip Pump is one of the best beauty products in the world today and I appreciate that Univision ran this clip so that women everywhere can enhance their lips without using anything invasive – yes, injections are invasive!
A non-surgical nose job using fillers (Radiesse) and a little Botox…neither are natural substances, may not produce the desired effect and in fact, the procedure may not work at all. Funny thing about noses…when we age, the tip can drop forward and if you wear glasses you just might develop a “nose bunion”, a lump on the side of your nose. Facial Magic facial exercise can help alleviate a droopy nose tip and some nose bumps have been known to disappear over time just by using one simple exercise movement. If you want further proof, ask Jackie Silver, Agingbackwards.com guru, how this one exercise worked for her!
Here’s a free movie that outlines how you can change your eating habits to be healthier. Thank you Ms. Todd for sending it my way. Hungry For Change – First 20 Minutes from foodmatters on Vimeo. Click here to watch Full Length video http://www.hungryforchange.tv/book-free-screening
Typically, if you think about this movie, The Hunger Games, beauty trends wouldn’t necessarily come to mind; however, Jackie’s article has thought provoking items relating to beauty. Give it a read! A bald Barbie doll??? Really?
Here’s a follow up with a video of celebrities who are speaking out against plastic surgery. Cutting perfectly healthy skin in the name of beauty does not always produce the desired results and there are disappointments that cannot be remedied. Please consider using facial exercise rather than injections and surgery; it’s an easy, fast, and proven program to lift, tone and tighten your facial features.
I debated showing you this clip because it’s pretty gruesome but then decided to post it so you can see just how invasive injections can be. Personally, I would never allow anyone to do this to my face but hey, that’s why there is vanilla and chocolate. One note – what happens to all of those toxic substances that are injected? Scary indeed!
We must hold the food industry accountable. Do your part please – watch the video and then sign the petition to the FDA demanding that genetically engineered foods be labeled.
Kids love to mimic their parents -- at least until they figure out how incredibly lame we are. But during those early years, nothing seems more fascinating than whatever it is mom and dad do all day.
The World Health Organisation estimates that in some African and Asian countries up to 80 percent of the population relies on plant-based medicine as the key form of healthcare, and actively promotes its use. Scientists estimate there are up to 50,000 potential medicinal plant species.
The people who risked their lives, hoisting a flaming, potentially explosive car into the air worked together to save a man who, without them, would have surly died. Garff says, "What those people did was easily... It's a very selfless act and they should be commended for it."
When given the choice of taking the stairs or an elevator, I choose the stairs for good health and exercise. If only all stairs could have musical steps, many more people would take the stairs, get healthier and also have fun!
