For all the Spirited Women across the globe, we are very much indebted to Nancy Mills for sharing her brilliance of bringing us together. As we join our hearts we will grow from the experience and hopefully, we will love each other as we love ourselves.
My passion is teaching facial exercise to every person who allows me to touch their face and here’s what I have discovered: when a person performs the upper eye exercise, their eyes open, tension melts away, while visible lifting and toning results in a smile – there is only one description – when you lift your face, you lift your spirits.
