Return policy

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Our return address is: Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems P.O. Box 549, Newalla, OK 74857

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages & Defective Items

All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

By placing an order at with Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Payment

All products remain Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems.

All transfers conducted through Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Force Majeure

Events outside Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems is released from Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Additional Information

Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Cynthia Rowland Beauty Systems shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

All returned products will be assessed a return fee of $8.00 per item.
