Watch a Liquid Facelift: Instant Results, No Knife
Here’s footage of a Liquid Facelift – no cutting, no sutures but lots of injections with various serums that I can assure you are not natural. The before and after photo shows minimal results and I truly believe that the Facial Magic results – no injections that plump or paralyze or cutting of perfectly healthy tissue – are more pronounced. Exercise smoothes wrinkles on the forehead and at the edge of the eyes, exercise lifts the heavy cheek muscles so that the nasal labial folds smooth and lift up and back into the hairline, the marionette lines will also lift up and out leaving the lower mouth and chin area greatly refreshed. No costly, toxic fillers that need to be redone – just natural, proven results using simple facial exercises. Once you learn the routine, there’s nothing else to buy!

I think that it is possible to stop and even reverse the look of a sagging jaw. First of all realign your computer monitor so that you are not looking down. Chin level, looking straight ahead is probably the best advantage for your face. The same with your phone…be aware of your facial posture, perhaps an ear piece would be helpful and if you’re using Face Time, position the phone more eye level.
Facial exercise will help correct those sagging jowls and that wattle. Try this exercise at your desk…(lift your chin, nestle your tongue flat in the roof of your mouth, push up with your tongue and count to five)

Anna Paquin, a young, beautiful actress, has her head on straight when she says that undergoing plastic surgery could limit her future roles. Fooling with Mother Nature won’t necessarily make you look younger so use proven facial exercise techniques that can help you look 5, 10, even 15 years younger in just weeks. What could be easier?

Chin augmentation surgery has skyrocketed. Chin augmentation, such as implants or “chinplants” as they’re being called, are the new beauty obsession to reshape or change the size of the chin. In fact, this surgical procedure grew more than breast augmentation, Botox and liposuction combined in 2011, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

Surgery, whether it’s facial plastic surgery or a simple procedure, has many risks. Carefully and thoughtfully choosing a qualified surgeon is the first step for a successful procedure but just remember, there are no guarantees that the surgery will be successful or that you will love your results. Just look at the celebrity faces that have been done and over done and the tell-tale signs cannot be hidden. Why not opt for an all natural, proven alternative? Facial exercise will help you look 5, 10, even 15 years younger with no risk or harm to healthy tissue.
Read MoreDo You Want a Chinplant?
Chinplants are becoming a household word now that they have been featured on many blogs, internet news sites and television shows. The procedure seems so simple, so safe for receding chins or short jaws…just a little slash with the scalpel and that dab of whatever the chosen material is soon inserted into your body. Poof! You look different; your jaw line looks tapered yet strengthened and contoured. Maybe the double chin has lessened as your previously benign chin is certainly more dominant.

Chinplants are not new; in fact, they still bore the same amount of danger as every invasive cosmetic procedure. One of our Facial Magic clients, an MD from NY, attended one of my Learning Annex classes in NYC. When I saw her arrive, head down, a scarf disguising her disfigurement, I knew she had had either a car accident or something sinister happened to her appearance. It was the latter. She had suffered an infection from a chin implant that disfigured her once beautiful face. She never thought something like this would happen to her.

The very beautiful Salma Hayek has resisted the urge to jump off the bridge – oh wait – she has resisted the urge to use Botox because she understands how paralyzing a muscle can have a detrimental effect on skin and other muscles. Lynda Lippin, sans makeup, after her Facial Magic face lift.
A few years ago while we were working at Parrot Cay, my husband started to play with my chin wattle. What started as a cutesy joke quickly turned into a fight.
Me: “Don’t play with my wattle; you’ll only make it worse!”
Hubby: “But I love everything about you, and it’s so cute!”
Me: “IT’S NOT CUTE!”
Gravity is not our friend as we age. As an exercise and fitness professional, I know that exercising muscles in our bodies keeps them toned and helps keep the skin attached to the tissue underneath, so it makes sense to me that exercising facial muscles would do the same. However, exercising the face is tough for at least two reasons: there are a lot of small specialized muscles (43, in fact) and unlike most of the body’s muscles, most facial muscles have only a single bony attachment, and some have none at all.
