Stubborn Belly Fat Be Gone!

Intermittent fasting (not eating every day for 16 hours and eating all your food in 8 hours) has, without a doubt, helped me lose unwanted pounds. There are no scales here to determine exact weight loss but clothing that loosely drapes is a great indicator that pounds have been lost.

A few keys to success when you want stubborn belly fat gone: 

  • Keep a food diary from Day One. 
  • Weigh yourself every other day only in the morning.
  • Take photos in a swimsuit – these are for your eyes only.
  • Stay true to the suggested eating plan for three weeks. 
  • Find a type of exercise that you like. Walking works well!
  • Take subsequent photos at the end of every third week of your new plan.
  • Drink one tablespoon of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 ounces of water sweetened with a few shakes of stevia before bedtime.
  • Activate the abs! Keep sucking in your tummy!
  • Stand facing your mirror as you continue your Facial Magic® face exercise routine!
