Why I Never Stopped Exercising My Face

Exercise has always been important to me.

Growing up in rural Oklahoma, I participated in sports until I graduated high school and then after years of playing and lettering in basketball, volleyball, and softball, Tae Kwon Do Karate and Jack Lalanne fitness filled the next ten years. Yes, I earned a brown belt, and my body developed tone beyond belief as years of physical fitness shaped and contoured every limb of my torso.

Consistent exercise, exercise that is performed several times a week, will shape the body and keep it fit. Flabbiness disappears as a more shapely physique develops and as time is spent increasing muscle strength, a sleeker, more satisfying body shape is achieved.

As I was approaching the age of 40, I began to notice certain “shifts” in my face. The most troublesome was my left eyelid that was beginning to sag, making me appear tired, and the horizontal and vertical lines were deepening in my forehead.

For years I had consciously declared that I would fight aging every step of the way. I kept my body slim and in great physical condition, but I was concerned that if my sagging eye was any indication of what I had to look forward to, I experienced a quandary of mixed emotions of how to fix it because what were my options?

Only surgery stood out as my only option.

Seriously, surgery was not in the cards for me because my sons’ “must haves” came first – I couldn’t justify spending thousands on myself when they needed sports equipment, clothing, shoes, jeans, etc. And, I had seen a girlfriend’s results of an upper eye surgery a few days after her procedure and that was pretty scary seeing sutures, swelling, and heavy discoloration.

When a girlfriend in Denver met a woman from France who was teaching specialized facial exercises there, she contacted me and encouraged me to fly there to meet with this woman. I did and that meeting changed my life forever.

Any and all skepticism was quickly dispelled as I witnessed the transformations of those who consistently practiced the Facial Magic® movements.

Learning and practicing these highly specialized facial exercise techniques is easy. Takes only minutes a day to achieve. This powerful knowledge has kept my face remarkably youthful, and I gladly share it with you.

I never stopped exercising my face because the secret to defying aging is Facial Magic.
