So many women complain that eye makeup that is used under their lower lashes tends to run and smudge after a few hours of wear. I recently read how using mascara applied with a small, slanted makeup brush, rather than a pencil or a wet liner, would indeed produce long-lasting results both under the eyes and as an upper eye liner as well. Lining my bottom lashes with brown or even black mascara looked a little harsh for daytime but then I discovered plum mascara. The difference is startling! My eyes look softer and I’m delighted to report that this little tip makes a big difference in wearing makeup that stays put.
