There are loads of health guru's on the world wide web.  Depending on what you love to do, finding one is not hard.  We tend to love "lifestyle health" opposed to diets and exercise fads of the moments. Here are 7 health guru's you should follow and emulate.

Cassie Ho

If you haven't heard of Cassie Ho, you've been under a rock.  She is a YouTube sensation who has a 3m+ following.  We are sure it's because of her fabulous POP Pilates, body positive image, fight against body bullies and amazing free tips.  Cassie is vivacious, lives what she teaches and wants you to have fun.  Like Cynthia Rowland's facial exercises, she is all about natural and self acceptance.  The quote above is right on! Your body is simply a vessel. Take care of it.  Respect it!
